- Conversion to improved circuit board: After hundreds of repairs and a thorough review, we have come to the conclusion that a conventional repair is not a long-term solution. For this reason, all shifters are now equipped with an improved circuit board that eliminates the design flaws of the original electronics. The rebuilt shifter is therefore more reliable and no longer represents a weak point in the bike.

Process after purchase:
After you have completed your purchase, please send your E-Shifter to our company address. As soon as we receive it, we will begin the restoration. If a restoration is not possible, we will refund the purchase price minus return shipping costs and transaction fees. In the event of a successful restoration, you will receive a one-year warranty on all replaced components.
Please include a note with the order number in the package so that we can assign your order. The shipping costs incurred when completing the order are only for the return shipment.
